Congratulations to February/March Stars of the month… Adam Mateejkowski, Stanislaw Nowak and Waldemar Tyniecki 🌟✨

Adam, Stanislaw and Waldemar spotted and dealt with a skip fire, acting fast to prevent a serious incident. Thank you – three very deserving stars!

There were lots of other fantastic nominations in February/March. Special mentions (and a bar of J&B Star Chocolate) go out to the following:

David Swiatek and Stephen Jackson: Bin driver and his side lad - they covered couple of times in March additional jobs, when one of their co-worker had a breakdown, just to keep our customers happy. It’s really good, helpful team.

Phil Cuniff and Shaun Raper: Bin driver and his side lad - they also helped to cover additional jobs when other driver had issues with his wagon. They worked even on Saturday just to make sure our customers doesn’t have to wait the full week for service.

Andrew Thompson and Barry Kerr: Bin driver and his side lad – very helpful team, if you have any issues you can always count on them. They never refuse to help, if they can cover the extra route they will definitely do it.

Emily Harrison: She is always happy to help, that’s what she did when we had to increase all prices, she helped to fix all errors in our system.

Kelsey Smith: She is always very helpful. She works only part time, however when the other person was on holiday Kelsey covered the extra hours to make sure everything continues to run smoothly.

Tilly Jackson-Smith: Always goes above and beyond and always polite.

Lucy Peckett: Always goes above and beyond and always polite.

David Maloney: Over last few weeks David has worked through breaks and stayed back to make sure loads are sent out. Along with his good attitude.

Oliver Gray: For covering different routes and jobs at short notice.

Philip Crossman: For working extra shifts to help out.

Denis Wiliams: His help in various situations, calm composed, we have never seen him have a bad day, always smiling, polite hello at every shift.

John Dullard: For sorting the horrific cupboard out.

3 Shift Managers: All working additional shifts at the moment – much appreciated.

David Smart: As he is always happy to help doesn’t matter how big or small the task is and always does it with a smile on his face.

Our star of the month receives a much coveted J&B Star Cadbury’s chocolate bar, as well as a cash bonus. Nominations can be made by emailing marketing@jbrecycling.co.uk. You need to include the full name of the person you are nominating, as well as reason for the nomination. All nominations are forwarded to Managing Director Vikki Jackson-Smith, who chooses the winner/s.
