Congratulations to September's Star of the Month, Evaldas Lekavicius, a shift supervisor at our Windermere MRF in Hartlepool. Evaldas is always willing to help out others and has covered shifts at short notice on several occasions. Thank you and well done Evaldas!!

Here at J&B Recycling, we truly believe that 'team work makes the dream work'. We are very proud of our team and the positive, proactive culture they help create and maintain within the business. So as well as our star, Evaldas, who was chosen as September's Star by Managing Director Vikki Jackson-Smith, we would like to give thanks to the other team members who were nominated by their peers to be recognised for all of their hard work...

Bret Cullinane was nominated again because he always goes the extra mile to support others. He comes in on days off - even on weekends - to support yard managers with logistics... etc.

Denis, shift manager at Windermere Road, was nominated for all his hard work in supporting his team.

Gordon Kirkup, one of our drivers, was nominated as he always helps people out.

Darren Cooper was nominated for coming in and giving it his all to support his team, even though he was feeling a little under the weather.

Well done team JB - we are super proud of you all.
