We'd like to congratulate our August Stars of the Month: Sebastian Szymonik, Gary Blades, Julia Grygoruk and Andrzej Wojciehowski. Each of them was nominated by their teammates for their outstanding contributions in August, and our Managing Director, Vikki Jackson-Smith, selected them as this month's winners. 

Sebastian Szymonik and Gary Blades were chosen for their hard work, dedications and helpfulness. With a willingness to jump into action to help colleagues without hesitation. Both being a good example towards other staff. 

Julia Grygoruk and Andrzej Wojciehowski were chosen They are both hardworking pickers who are always willing to assist when needed. They set a great example for their colleagues.

We’d also like to give a big shout-out to all those nominated by their colleagues this month:

Chris Lumley stepped up to cover different wagons on short notice, demonstrating adaptability and commitment.

Michael Tyrell is always willing to cover different rounds when required, showcasing his flexibility and reliability.

Paul Swanson played a key role in successfully integrating new sites, demonstrating excellent leadership and teamwork.

Davey Swiatek contributed significantly to the integration of new sites, highlighting his dedication and collaborative spirit.

Clare Bradley for her outstanding hard work and readiness to help have made a positive difference in the workplace.

Emily Harrison's hard work and helpfulness have been instrumental in the team’s success, making her a valued team member.

All nominees receive a J&B chocolate bar, and the star (or stars) receive a gift card. Nominations can be made by emailing marketing@jbrecycling.co.uk. You need to include the full name of the person you are nominating, as well as reason for the nomination. All nominations are forwarded to Managing Director Vikki Jackson-Smith, who chooses the winner/s.
