Our Plastic Recycling Process

1. Sorting and Recovery:
Using state-of-the-art equipment at our MRF, base in Hartlepool. We sort and recover plastics with precision, ensuring only high-quality materials are sent forward. 2. Baling:
Once sorted, plastics are baled for transport to specialist reprocessors for further processing.

3. Reprocessing:
Reprocessors handle shredding, washing, and melting to ensure purity and quality.

4. Pelletising and Flaking:
Plastics are transformed into pellets or flakes, making them ready to re-enter the production cycle as raw materials for new products.
