How long does it take to get a business waste bin delivered?

We can get your new bins delivered to site in as little as 3-4 working days!

Do I need to sign a contract?

Yes, we ask for a signed agreement prior to starting our commercial waste collections*. There are serval reasons why a written agreement is important. First of all, it acts as the Waste Transfer Note between our business, this is a legal requirement and something that we both need to add legitimacy to the services we are performing for you. Secondly, it protects all parties involved - it ensures we do our job and that you agree to use us working for you.

*We do not usually require a signed contract for ad hoc skip hire services.

How frequently will my business waste be collected?

We pride ourselves in offering a flexible and reliable bin collection service to our customers, so our collection times are designed on a case by case basis to suit your business needs.

How do I pay for my commercial bin collection?

Bin collections are usually paid for monthly or quarterly by Direct Debit.

Can I change my bin size?

We will work with you to meet your ever changing business needs throughout busy and quieter periods alike.

My business waste bin has been damaged can it be replaced?

If your J&B Recycling business waste bin has been damaged, please email customerservice@jbrecycling.co.uk with your business name, account number and postcode and one of the team will be in touch about a replacement. If you would like to speak to someone on the phone, you can call the office on 01429 276614.

Do you collect general waste?

Yes. J&B Recycling provide a full end-to-end waste management service, which includes general waste collection, dry mixed recycling, glass collection and food waste. Please get in touch with our sales team to discuss your requirements.

Do you provide skip hire?

Yes. J&B Recycling have a wide range of skips including 8 yard open, 10 yard enclosed, 18 yard open roll on roll off (roro), 30 yard enclosed roro and 35/40 yard open. Please get in touch with our sales team to discuss your requirements.

Can you conduct a waste audit?

Yes - if you are based in the North East of England. We can send one of our experts out to conduct a waste audit at your business. They will have a look at the sort of waste you generate and develop a bespoke waste management solution to best meet your business needs.

Do you provide compactors?

Yes. J&B Recycling can provide compactors to suit your requirements on a case by case basis. Please get in touch with our sales team to discuss your requirements.

Is there a difference between trade waste and commercial waste?

No, it is the same thing. Trade waste is a generic term for commercial waste. It all comes under the umbrella of HCI = Household, commercial and industrial waste.

Can you help with construction and demolition waste?

Yes. J&B Recycling can collect and/or process construction and demolition waste. Please get in touch with our sales team to discuss your requirements.
