The winner of Star of the Month for the month of May is our amazing Leon Homer! Our Baltic Street Site Manager was nominated by multiple members of his team because he always does his best for everyone, he is always incredibly helpful and always cheerful. They also said he goes above and beyond for his team, and he is very passionate about everyone who works with him. He is a very caring person, especially when someone is upset!

As usual, as well as celebrating our Star of the Month, Leon, we also want to shout about the other amazing members of Team J&B who were nominated by their teams for their fantastic work and the kind words they had to say about them.

Stephen Hotham was nominated by his team because during June, Steve went above and beyond by cleaning up after everyone is the offices while our cleaner has been away on holiday. Some in the office wouldn’t even think about doing this so the fact he’s gone out of his way to clean up after everyone is appreciated!

Kieran Clark was nominated again by senior members of staff because, as always, he has a can-do attitude and takes on whatever task he’s given and gives that task 100%. He never complains, regardless of the task and he takes it as an opportunity to learn. This month he’s helped cover staff sickness and holidays across various departments / sites, like a true team player.

Our amazing Line Supervisors at our Windermere Road site were nominated also. They’re always willing to jump in and help, as well as working incredibly well together as a team across our different shifts, even if they’re not the Line Supervisor on an additional shift they go above and beyond to help the Line Supervisor on shift that day and will help cover their duties and anything else that pops up.

We can’t wait to see what next month brings!
