As usual, our J&B stars are sent to our Managing Director, Vikki Jackson-Smith, who selects a winner from the series of nominations. This month, Vikki received some amazing nominations making it very hard to choose a winner. However, a final decision was made and the winner of star of the Month for the month of August is a long-term driver of ours, Colin Clark! Colin was nominated by members of the transport team because throughout his 35 years at J&B Recycling, he is always organised with scheduling and when changes are made to routes, he takes the time to help our customer services teams understand it to successfully relay this to the customers. He even did this on his day off without being asked, just to help the team! 

As always, here at J&B Recycling, we like to celebrate all the other team members who received nominations this month from their team and departments and their reasons why they nominated that person.

Our brilliant Business Development Manager, Charlie Payne was nominated by a newer member of our J&B Recycling sales team because he has supported her in her new role immensely and she found his methods of training straight forward and uncomplicated. He had a fantastic training plan for the first few weeks and when explaining things goes through them step by step and ensures she is supported throughout her work!

Brett Cullinane was nominated by members of the team as whilst our operations Director was away on holiday, Brett went above and beyond helping senior management, especially on the maintenance side of things. This even included driving down to Telford to pick up a crucial part for the baler.

John Stevenson was nominated because he is always happy and willing to help when he can. Kamila Kozlowska was nominated for her help with all HR matters. And finally, Emily Harrison was nominated by members of the team for her fantastic dietary advice, and she has even been named the Linda McCartney of J&B Recycling.
