At J&B Recycling, we believe in celebrating the holiday season with a touch of joy and appreciation for our hardworking team. This year, we decided to bring the festive spirit to our workplace, so as December approaches, we handed out advent calendars to all 190 staff members across our four sites, ensuring everyone has a little something to open on December 1st.

The idea behind gifting advent calendars is simple yet impactful. Each calendar represents more than just a countdown to Christmas; it's a daily reminder throughout December of our appreciation for the dedication and hard work our team puts in all year round. It's our way of saying 'thank you' and bringing a bit of holiday cheer to our employees' daily routine.

The distribution of these advent calendars was met with smiles and excitement. Our team members, spread across our four sites, each received their calendar, adding a festive touch to our workplace environment. This small gesture has had a wonderful impact, fostering a sense of community and shared celebration among our staff.

The calendars are also fully recyclable at our MRF, so staff are welcome to bring them back once they are finished. It's important to us that our holiday celebrations reflect our dedication to sustainability.
