Meet Emily Harrison, one of the superstars in J&B Recycling's customer services team!

Since joining us in June 2022, Emily has quickly become a key member of our customer service team. She's the wizard who handles your queries, lines up contracts, and makes sure your bins are collected without a hitch, all in the name of keeping you, our valued customers, happy and satisfied.

Before joining us, Emily was a friendly face at a national bank and then a helpful mortgage advisor at a local estate agent. But when the opportunity at J&B Recycling popped up, it was a no-brainer for her. It meant she could strike that perfect work-life balance and spend more cherished moments with her two adorable young sons. "J&B Recycling lured me in with its part-time role," Emily shares with a smile. "Juggling work and family is tough, but here, I've found the flexibility I need, especially with two little ones in the picture."

Emily's day-to-day is never dull.
