We are looking to further expand our sales team within the North East as we continue to develop our services / offerings through a commitment to quality and reliability.
About the Role
As a Business Development Executive, you are at the heart of the business and will help identify new commercial business opportunities through growing and managing your own pipeline. Primarily a field based role; focusing on bins and skips, you will help deliver profitable growth within your territory; Newcastle and surrounding local areas. You will have the drive and determination to achieve monthly targets while also being instrumental in ensuring that J&B remains unparalleled in our service offering.
We’re open to candidates from a range of backgrounds and so experience in the waste sector isn’t essential as we believe industry knowledge can be learnt but the right ‘can do’ attitude is key.

We understand the importance of having the right people in the right place which is why we’re offering the right candidate a basic salary of up to £24k, OTE of £31.5k with uncapped commission (so earning potential is unlimited), as well as:
