Toft Hill Three Tuns is taking to the pitch in style thanks to a new sponsorship deal with J&B Recycling.
The North East’s largest independent waste management firm is providing the Bishop Auckland Sunday football team with a new strip.
Vikki Jackson Smith, managing director of J&B Recycling said “As a family run business with a strong sporting background we are more than happy to help local sports teams to thrive.
“Teams like Toft Hill Three Tuns play such an important part in the communities within which they are based. The team is playing well this season and I’m glad to see them looking the part too in the J&B strip.
"On the back row, fourth from the left, is our Operations Director Matt Tyrie. We are very pleased to support him and his team as I think sport and being part of a team is a great way to not only keep the body fit but also to boost energy levels. We certainly wanted him and his team to look the part whilst playing in the league.
"I would never want to see a team like this disappear because of lack of funding, which is why J&B Recycling as a North East Business are supporting sports teams within the region to thrive."
The club plays in division two of the Wear Valley Sunday league, based in Toft Hill, Bishop Auckland, home games are played at the sports field below the village community centre.
