Keys aspects of the role include: Strong customer facing skills in order to build and grow relationship with new customers. Effective driver management. Strong people management skills. Commercially minded individual is essential as the achievement of targeted cost savings is vital. Essential skills / experience required: Previous experience of managing fleets and driver bases in multi-site logistics operations is essential.

This role is offering £35k per annum, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, laptop and company mobile.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 06.30 – 15.30 and 08.00 – 17.00 with occasional out of hours call required.
