
The position works within the plant Maintenance team covering four sites. You will be responsible for the planned preventative and reactive mechanical maintenance; adhering to strict health and safety company procedures at all times. You will be required to generate daily reports; weekly and monthly and you will be required to document all work carried out in the Maintenance system used. You will also provide guidance to Maintenance semi-skill members of the team.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum NVQ level 3 in suitable engineering subject.
EXPERIENCE
Welding experience will be advantageous
Minimum 2 years’ experience in specific mechanical tasks.
Electrical experience would be an advantageous.

Additional Information
Salary: £30,000
Call outs will be paid minimum of 4 hours after training and competency reached.
Salary review after 3 and 6 months, outcome dependant on performance £37,000 pa when signed off as competent and able to go on the call out rota.

Hours: 47.5 hours per week.
Shifts: Will initially be 07.00 – 17.00 until trained then a two shift pattern 07.00-17.00 and 13.00- 23.00
On Call: On call 1 week in 4, when on 13.00-23.00 will be on call for breakdowns from 23.00-06.00 through the week and weekend until 06.00 Monday.
